Free Ground shipping for orders subtotaling $50 or more (excluding sales tax and shipping fees). Offer excludes purchases of dog food, cat food, cat litter, heavy items, or materials requiring special handling. Additional exclusions may apply. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, including all accessories in their original manufacturer packaging. Products must be clean with no evident wear, or it may be refused. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returned items. Unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Prior to making a return, please email contact@lotsofpets.com to obtain an LOPR#. Returns made without an LOPR# will be charged a 20% restocking/processing fee. In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $5.95 charge which will be deducted from the refund dollar amount.

All shipping addresses must be complete and correct while placing your order. Incorrect shipping addresses will cause complications and prolonged delays in processing. In addition, we will be charged $5 through our shipping carrier for address corrections on each shipped package. This address correction fee will be charged to your credit card.
